Workshops are intensive (usually multiple-day) trainings scheduled for specific dates and times. Unlike courses, they are taught to groups of learners via remote video conferences and thus provide direct access to the instructor(s) and a community of peers with similar interests to learn alongside.

FAQs
-
Use the links above to visit the information page for a workshop. That page will include a list of registration options (e.g., to register for that workshop only or a combination that includes it). Click the button for the registration option you would like to purchase. You will be prompted to either create a free SMaART Workshops account or log into an existing account. Complete checkout by entering any discount codes you qualify for and providing payment information. Your account will then be granted access to the private workshop page, which will provide information about how to remotely attend the workshop. After the workshop concludes, this page will also include the workshop video recordings.
-
Yes. The process will be very similar to those listed in the answer to the previous question. However, instead of logging into (or creating) your own account, log into (or create) the account of the person who will attend the workshop. If creating an account for that person, please input their name and email address and choose any temporary password (they can change it later on).
-
Because access to the private workshop pages (described above) is managed for each account separately, you cannot register on behalf of multiple different learners at the same time. Each learner will need to purchase registration through their own, individual account. If this is a problem for your organization, please reach out to us via the website’s contact form and we will do our best to find a solution.
-
Video recordings will be uploaded to the private workshop page soon after each workshop day (we strive to have it available within 6-12 hours of the end of the meeting). That page, including the video recordings and any workshop materials, will remain accessible to registered learners for the lifetime of the workshop.
-
Yes, you can register for any workshop (future or past) that is listed on this page. Registering for a past workshop will grant access to its video recordings and materials only. However, note that learners will lose access to the materials on the same date regardless of when they register.

Click the “Login” or “Account” buttons on the top-right on the navigation menu on this page. A list of purchased workshops will appear and you can click them to visit their pages, which include the zoom links and materials for download.
