Workshops are intensive (usually multiple-day) trainings taught to groups of learners via remote video conferences. After workshops take place, learners can register to access workshop materials and video recordings for self-paced learning.
Upcoming Workshops
We have just finished our summer 2024 workshop offerings. Please see the recordings below and stay tuned for the announcement of new workshops soon!
Recorded Workshops - Learn at Your Own Pace
This section provides links to register for workshops that already occurred (for learners who wish to start self-paced learning immediately). Registration provides access to workshop materials and video recordings for the lifetime of the workshop (i.e., one year past the scheduled workshop dates and often longer, as explained in the FAQ below).
Looking to register multiple learners at once? Please request an invoice; you can earn a bonus discount when registering three or more learners at once!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Use the links above to visit the information page for a workshop. That page will include a list of registration options (e.g., to register for that workshop only or a combination that includes it). Click the button for the registration option you would like to purchase. You will be prompted to either create a free account or log into an existing account. Complete checkout by entering any discount codes you qualify for and providing payment information. Your account will then be granted access to the private workshop page, which will provide information about how to remotely attend the workshop. After the workshop concludes, this page will also include the workshop video recordings.
-
The process will be very similar to that described in the answer to the previous question. However, instead of logging into (or creating) your own account, log into (or create) the account of the person who will attend the workshop. If creating an account for that person, please input their name and email address and choose any temporary password (they can change it later on).
-
Yes, this process is a bit more involved than those described above but can be accommodated when necessary as described on the Request Invoice page. We can even offer a bonus discount on all invoices registering three or more learners at once.
-
Video recordings will be uploaded to the private workshop page soon after each workshop day (zoom takes about 0.5 to 2.0 min to process every 1 min of video, so a 6 hour workshop should be ready within 3 to 12 hours). That page, including the video recordings and any workshop materials, will remain accessible to registered learners for the lifetime of the workshop.
-
When instructor(s) partner with SMaRT Workshops, they grant us permission to distribute their workshop materials and video recordings for 12 months past the scheduled workshop dates; this is the baseline “lifetime” of the workshop. If the instructor(s) decide to continue partnering with us and offer a workshop again the following year, then the one year “lifetime” gets extended by another 12 months.

Click the “Login” or “Account” buttons on the top-right on the navigation menu on this page. A list of purchased workshops will appear and you can click them to visit their pages, which include the zoom links and materials for download.
